Philadelphia Character Playbook LIVE

On Thursday, May 9th Philadelphia Eagles offensive lineman Jordan Mailata virtually interacted with more than 350 students from the Philadelphia area about having good character and making smart decisions. Jordan walked the students through a true or false activity and then answered questions asked by five students from different participating schools. Jordan answered each question and provided some personal stories about growing up in Australia playing rugby.

One of the more interesting things Jordan shared with the students was the enjoyment he receives from playing the guitar, piano and singing. This was a perfect way of connecting with the students and allowing them to understand that professional athletes are still people who do everyday activities. Jordan left the students by saying “Don’t be sheep. Be a GOAT!”
