Character Playbook comes to Prior Lake
The Minnesota Vikings and Greater Twins Cities United Way visited Prior Lake to celebrate character and Character Playbook with Twin Oaks and Hidden Oaks Middle School students. Vikings legend John Swain, Vikings Cheerleaders, and United Way Executives kicked off the event with a panel that explored the importance of character. Students had the opportunity to ask questions and to consider how their actions can make an impact. Part two of the Character Playbook Experience included a six station training camp of character themed activities. From the 40-yard dash to the vertical leap students were challenged to focus and persevere through challenges that mirrored the themes in Character Playbook.
With this event in Prior Lake Character Playbook closes out year three of the program and continues to reach more schools and students with the message that character matters. The future of character is undoubtably bright in the great north. SKOL!
